I found it in the mountains.

At 15, a snowboarding accident left me with a herniated disc and hip issues that no physiotherapist could fix. For years I couldn't walk properly, couldn't do sport, couldn't live normally. An osteopath changed everything — and I spent over 10 years asking him every question I could, learning the body from the inside out.

That curiosity became a journey. I went to India to train yoga at the source, to Nepal for sound healing in the mountains, into ten days of Vipassana silence. I studied Ayurveda, pranayama, hypnotherapy — always searching for the layers that medicine alone never reaches.

Years later, a second herniated disc arrived. This time I had tools. I went back to India and healed it consciously — with yoga and everything I had gathered along the way.

I also spent over a decade healing my own bruxism. Doctors offered mouth guards and botox. What actually worked was learning to release the emotions my body had been holding — through breath, meditation and deep inner work.

For the past 9 years I've also taught English at engineering schools in France — and what I kept noticing was that the hardest part for my students was never the language. It was the anxiety. The frozen body, the shallow breath, the mind going blank before a presentation. The same tools that healed me turned out to help them too.

My journey has led me to explore many techniques, among others Vipassana, the Feldenkrais Method, Pranayama (breathwork), or Reiki. I have also been able to offer some healing sessions (meditation + affirmative guidance + massage) and past life regression sessions to friends and individuals seeking deeper connections within eco-communities.

Before fully embracing this path, I've worked as an English teacher in Paris and musician. Over time, I realized that my true calling lies in the realm of spiritual growth and healing, which now guides my work and passion. As a lifelong seeker, I am deeply committed to personal evolution and discovery. I’m driven by a love for travel, music, and spirituality, and I am always exploring new ways to deepen my understanding of myself and the world around me.
