Do I need any yoga experience?

None at all. The course starts from rest and builds very slowly. Week 1 is designed for people who can barely move. Every exercise has modifications for acute pain.

Is this safe if I'm in acute pain right now?

Yes — Week 1 is built specifically for this. The release exercises and walking guidance are designed for people in active pain. That said, always check with your doctor before starting any new movement practice if you're post-surgery or have a serious diagnosis.

How much time do I need each day?

Around 20–30 minutes of practice, plus your daily walk. In Week 1 the practice is shorter — about 15 minutes. It builds gradually as your body is ready.

What language is the course in?

All content is available in English, French and Polish. Video lessons, audio sessions and PDF materials are all provided in the three languages.

Why is this different from YouTube yoga videos?

Most yoga content is made for healthy people who want to feel better. This course was built specifically around disc pathology — and tested on my own body over years. It also includes nervous system work — sound healing, hypnotherapy, yoga nidra — that generic videos never address, which is often the missing piece in chronic back pain recovery.
